In Memory by Joy Division is a post-punk classic that continues to captivate listeners even after four decades. The album was released in 1981, just a year after the untimely death of the band's lead singer Ian Curtis. The album features some of the band's most iconic songs, including "Love Will Tear Us Apart," "Atmosphere," and "Isolation."

The album's dark and moody atmosphere is a reflection of Curtis's own struggles with depression and epilepsy. His haunting lyrics and raw vocals are perfectly complemented by the band's brooding instrumentation, which includes Peter Hook's distinctive basslines and Stephen Morris's pounding drums.

The album's opener, "Exercise One," sets the tone for the rest of the album with its menacing guitar riffs and Curtis's bleak lyrics. "Atmosphere" is a standout track, with its ethereal synths and Curtis's haunting vocals. The box set has all new artwork - a very minimalist design - no wording or logos on the box, LP sleeves, or labels. Outer box is grey hessian. LP sleeves are presented in the original paper stock - textured plain black sleeve for 'Unknown Pleasures', plain white sleeve for 'Closer', plain grey fold out sleeve with ribbon for 'Still'.
Comes with 12"x12" black printed cardboard inlet and b&w sticker on shrink-wrap.
While not mentioned on the track list (which can be found on the inlet), this version of STILL also has the extra track 'Twenty Four Hours' on it.
